Anuyu Health & Wellness Center is owned and operated by Angela Brown-Rasheed, MA.
In the midst of a health crisis in 2003, Angela turned toward alternative health for answers. After regaining her health through energy work, detoxification and the use of natural supplements, she dedicated herself to pursuing a career in the holistic health field. She believes in balancing the body, mind, and spirit through right thoughts and proper nutrition. She has spent the past 8 years training in various modalities, and expanding her knowledge and education. After working from home while raising 2 daughters, Angela is proud to launch Anuyu (A New You) in October 2011, a place that fosters healing, education, and the realization of your health and wellness goals.
Angela looks forward to offering highly personalized service and the highest quality products to meet all of your needs!
We are conveniently located right behind Val's Bridal in Courtice, just past King St and Townline Rd.
